~Payments~
I accept all forms
of paypal. If you are paying with an echeck, I will hold item until check has
cleared. I can accept personal checks or Money orders upon approval also.
~Shipping~
I charge $4.60 for the first
garment, and then $1 for each additional garment in the same order. I usually
ship out next business day after cleared payment. I use USPS priority shipping.
I have found that using priority saves time and money in the long run. If I were
to charge for first class, I would have to charge for packaging. I also live in
a rural area, so I don't have a close by P.O. to drop boxes off quickly. Since I
use Prioriy, the carrier comes to my house to pick up packages. It saves gas
from having to run to the PO, as well as guaranteeing you getting your package
quickly. I really don't trust First Class with shipping packages, so if you do
request to ship using that method, I will have to charge mandatory insurance for
that method.
PLEASE NOTE: When sending
Priority, I do not require insurance, but I HIGHLY recommend it!! I cannot be
responsible for the Post Office loosing packages. If you desire to have
insurance with your Priority shipping, please be sure to specify when you first
email me with your desired order. Thank you!!
~Returns/Exchanges~
I do not accept
returns, as a general rule. If you are not satisfied, you can return your item
for a store credit of equal or lesser value. Please contact me before you send
the item back so I know what is going on. I will not pay for shipping back to
me, but on a case by case consideration, may pay for an item shipped back to
you.
~Guarantee of
Workmanship~
I stand behind my workmanship! If
you receive a faulty garment (i.e. seams falling apart), you may return it to me
for free repair and free shipping back to you. I must receive the garment with
in 30 days of the sale transaction.
